The YPJ Series Stainless Steel Slat Cooling Crusher is composed of cooling compression roller, stainless steel strip conveyor belt, crusher and air cooling system. The hot-melt materials from extruder are squeezed to thin sheet with thickness 1-2mm by cooling compression roller, air cooled down on the stainless steel strip conveyor belt to normal temperature by cooling roller during conveying, conveyed to crusher, and then crushed into chips and discharged. Air filtration and heat exchange system can be selectively equipped.
