YPR Series Compact Cooling Crusher is composed of compression roller, cooling roller, artificial rubber conveyor belt and crusher. The hot-melt materials from extruder are squeezed to thin sheet with thickness 1-2mm by compression roller and cooling roller, cooled down to normal temperature by cooling roller during conveying, conveyed to crusher, and then crushed into chips and discharged.

The whole structure is compact, and can save more than 65% work site if compared to other series of tablet press.
The anti-static, heat-resistant and flame-retardant artificial rubber conveyor belt is adopted.
The large-diameter cooling roller cylinder is adopted, thus has high cooling efficiency and low operation costs.
Adjustable thickness of chips, homogeneous chip size.
