SLJ Series Twin Screw Extruder

The Twin Screw Extruder is the important component equipment of powder production. Its high dispersion, high shear and high output have become the development trend of this equipment. The Twin Screw Extruder researched and developed by our Company not only has obvious advantages in producing conventional powders, but also has certain advantages in producing powders with special requirements, such as the acrylic acid transparent powder with high glossiness, large recycled powder adding amount, and long screw length-to-diameter ratio. Our Company has accumulated abundant design and manufacturing experiences and successful client cases in the extrusion and production of LED powder, carbon powder, antioxygen and UV absorber.

Technical features

The screw adopts the design of building blocks, which has the advantages of flexible arrangement and convenient combination. The whole vacuum quenching of high quality gold steel has the advantages of overall hardness and is not easy to wear. The screw thread blocks and meshing blocks are designed and manufactured by use of 3D-CAD&CAM technology.

During operation, the radial, axial and normal clearances between the two screws and between the screw and the screw barrel are homogeneous and consistent at any position.

The dispersion mixing and distribution mixing are fully uniform, with strong self-cleaning capabilities and no solidified particles.

The cylinder has an efficient heating/cooling device, multi-temperature zone control, temperature control precision <±2℃. The water channel is designed for straight water.

The gear box is designed according to the standards of German counterparts,and has the characteristics of high speed, large specific torque, large speed adjustment space, high service life and low noise.

Controlled by touch screen and PLC, friendly human-machine interface and easy to operate.

The technical parameters are under formulated management. The production management personnel can monitor in the office.
