The MT series flipping mixing machines MULTITOOL ™ are very applicable for fine mixing of temperature-sensitive materials. The innovative mixing concepts of using new tools and special techniques can mix without increasing the temperature. The specifically designed tools generate different material flows in the mixing chamber, and reduce the frictional heating of product. The temperature rise is only one tenth of that of traditional mixers.

The external mixing or conveying tools continuously convey materials (primary flow) to the operating area of the crusher drive, resulting in local but highly dynamic secondary flow. The combinations of mixed flows can ensure the fast mixing and optimal dispersion.
